The machine is not a welder—it’s an adaptive aluminium spraying system purpose-built for repairing diamond-cut alloy wheels. Just connect power, compressed air and the spray compound.
Cold-Spray Welding
Forget torches, cables and heat distortion – The Aluminium Spraying Machine is specifically engineered for diamond-cut alloy-wheel repair and contains no welding functions at all. Instead, it applies a sprayed, adaptive aluminium filler that bonds to the damaged area, followed by a quick top coat. The process stays fully within OEM guidelines, eliminating the risk of heat-induced cracks or metallurgical changes.
Setup is plug-and-play: hook up a standard compressed-air line, plug in the power cord, load the spray material and you’re ready. The compact spray gun fits comfortably inside our Wheel Blasting Machine, so you can blast and fill from a single workstation without moving the wheel.
